Dean founded Crimson Strategic Solutions to help companies improve their value, profitability and culture through technology and a thorough understanding of Where they are going, Who is going to get them there and How.  Dean has the unique ability to understand all levels of a company and develop strategic plans based on common sense, technical knowledge and intuition.

In addition to his experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and his position as Director of Recruiting and Human Resources for a large consulting firm, Dean has also started, bought and sold various businesses types.  His blue collar background, entrepreneurial mindset and technical knowledge allows him to bridge communication gaps at all levels of a company.

Dean is a CPA in NY, Arizona and Florida, a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Talent Optimization expert (CTO).
