Crimson Strategic Solutions was founded by Dean McArthur, CPA, SHRM-SCP, CTO, and serial entrepreneur. In addition to his experience assembling and leading teams of people for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and several large regional firms, he believes his most valuable experience is from his blue-collar, common-sense positions.  These “boots on the ground” positions helped him develop his ability to “figure out” problems with a logical thought process that is applicable in all levels of a company. He has started, purchased, and sold companies in multiple industries including construction, farming, on-site service, restaurants, and more. He knows the most successful companies are comprised of people that can effectively communicate with each other, have complementary skill sets and personalities with the common goal to work as a team and succeed.
